Smart Closet Redesign: Transforming closets in a clients new home.

Moving into a new home is always exciting, but for my latest client, that excitement came with a side of frustration—minimal storage. They needed functional solutions for all of the closets within the home. That’s where I came in: a handywoman with a toolbox full of ideas and a passion for turning frustrating spaces into functional ones.

I worked with the client to create the design she wanted for each closet and using Closet Maid and other materials, I designed and installed more efficient closet systems.

The next closets on the list were the hallway linen/utility closet and the coat closet by the front door. Each closet had wire shelving which is not always practical for a closets full of smaller items. My client wanted to replace the wire shelving with wood and also a stronger closet rod for the heavy winter coats.
