If you’ve ever lived in a Cape Cod-style home, you know their charm is undeniable. With cozy rooms, dormer windows, and a timeless aesthetic, these homes exude character. However, one thing they often lack is storage space. Nowhere is this more evident than in the kitchen pantry, or in many cases, the lack thereof.

Recently, I had the opportunity to help a client with just such a dilemma. Their pantry was barely more than a glorified closet, with a few fixed shelves that left tons of vertical space underutilized. For a family with four kids that loves to cook and bake, it simply wasn’t cutting it. Sound familiar?
