Bathroom Glow-Up: Small Fixes, Big Transformation

Sometimes, a space just needs a little love—and that’s exactly what this bathroom was asking for. When my client called me in, their bathroom was stuck somewhere between outdated and unfinished. The walls had damage, the ceiling was unfinished and the vanity was tired and didn’t match. The whole room lacked that personal touch that the client was looking for.

First things first: wall repair. Years of wear had left dents and dings that needed attention. I patched, sanded, and smoothed everything out to get the walls back in shape. A good foundation is everything when you’re giving a room a fresh look. The client chose a clean, calming color that matched with the rest of the house. To add some fun and personality, we added an accent wall using peel and stick wallpaper. If you’ve ever tried to do this yourself, you know it’s not as easy as it looks. Lining everything up just right takes patience, precision, and a steady hand. But luckily for the client, this is my forte! The result? Stunning. It added just the right pop of pattern to elevate the space.

Finally, after the bathroom was painted and the wall paper was hung, we decided that the vanity needed a makeover too. Instead of replacing it, we gave it new life with paint. A bold color choice that helped it stand out and tie the whole room together.

This was one of those projects where every little change added up to a big impact. It didn’t require a full gut renovation—just thoughtful updates, a little creativity, and a lot of elbow grease.

If you’ve got a bathroom (or any space) that’s feeling a little blah, I’m here to help you turn it into something beautiful. Let’s get stuff done!
